A platform that allows international exchange of know how, advice and mentoring through access to a network of experts and mentors from across the p2i partners and increase networking and community engagement.• Facilitates the right connections with experts/mentors to exchange valuable know-how and help p2i postdocs get advice from a person who has the specific expertise they need when they need it.• Enables different levels of engagement (from more immediate Q&A to longer term mentoring)• Help tackle specific challenges and/or guidance• Enables peer to peer learning – some postdocs will have navigated some of the challenges and will be able to share their learningThe goal of the p2i connect experts/mentor network/platform is to help accelerate the entrepreneurial journeys of p2i postdocs as well as help accelerate the development of start ups across the p2i partners.Starting with the needs from the p2i postdocs and their specific ideas/ventures, the platform identifies and connects the p2i postdoc to individuals or groups of experts for tailored support.
